Outcoding’s infrastructure includes network, servers and workstations. Different development platforms are available and configurable based on client needs. Redundant internet connections ensure 24 hour connectivity and we monitor our internet usage to ensure all our teams have the necessary bandwidth.

Infrastructure:

Costa Rica has invested significantly in the telecommunication infrastructure over the past few years and the country now has the following infrastructure in place:

• Satellite and microwave connections
• Redundant fiber optics network
• Point to point connections
• Direct worldwide fiber optic access through Maya 1 & Arcos cables

Communication:

We understand that communication is critical in managing outsourced teams. In order to facilitate communication we provide various tools such as instant messaging, voice over IP, internet email and Skype and will also work with your IT staff to augment these tools as necessary.
