Fixed Time, Fixed Price

When project specifications and scopes are reasonably clear, this is a low risk option.   OutCoding is capable of presenting a proposal with a non-to-exceed fixed price.   Based on OutCoding's processes and methodologies, it can ensure reliability, predictability and optimized performance of the projects to deliver on time, on budget, on target.   This way OutCoding delivers cost-effective quality solutions.

Time and Material

Based on your projected requirements, OutCoding will assign a project team including project management, equipment and infrastructure.   Your company could pay by the month, based on the size and composition of your team in Costa Rica.   This model allows you to adjust the size of your team for the projected workload.  

Retainer

This model best suits the needs of clients who have daily / weekly development needs.   By using this model, it is ensured that the dedicated team works as an extension of the clients staff.   The team is trained for a particular client, while working from OutCoding's development center, it is an extension of the client's existing IT department.   Benefits are; extensive scalability, cost and time efficiencies.
