OutCoding uses standard methodologies, roughly divided into the following phases:

Envisioning.

Strategies definition, initiatives and programmed results.   Inside this stage, there are the following phases:

Planning.

Scope and design the systems and supporting   software, network, hardware and infrastructure necessary.   This stage has two phases:

Planning - Scope

Planning - Design

Developing.

Development and delivery of the application and infrastructure through a series of iterations.   This stage has three stages:

Developing - Detailed Design

Developing - Implement

Developing - Test

Stabilizing

Testing and turn over the product to operations and support teams.   OutCoding creates a framework for continuing interaction and innovation, it is called stabilizing and is delivered through two key services: Business Management and Solution Management.
